its Mobile Cinema bringing highlights from the festival to locations
all around Uganda replete with translations into the local language
of the area visited. For the month of June the mobile cinema will
make five separate tours, setting out from Kampala each time in
a different direction. The Mobile Cinema will take the festival
theme quite literally, traveling the country and expanding the festival
well beyond the city limits. The festival will navigate a set of
journeys, west; east, south and southwest, north and northwest in
order to form various community collaborations around the presentation
of films from the festival along with local music and storytelling.
